Returns and Refunds

Given the nature of our products, please note that we do not accept return or offer refund for any purchased item. Please make sure that you review the item(s) carefully before you check out and make the payment.

Damaged/Defective Products

Before an order is shipped, all items are checked carefully to make sure that they are free from defects and damages.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours through Email, phone, or WhatsApp, if a delivered item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item that is not included in your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please always state your Order # when you contact us, so that we can locate your order.

In case item is delivered damaged or defective and subject to contacting us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we may offer the same replacement item if we have it in stock or provide a full refund.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method usually within 15 business days which can vary depending on your bank's processing times.

 

Cancellation of an Order

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request for cancellation of your order for any reason and be eligible for full refund of the paid amount.

If your order has been shipped already, your order can not be cancelled.

 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchange of a purchased item with another item.
